applies to all of the services and web sites provided to our customers and the
general public. We do not sell information collected from web site visitors or
customers to third parties. Furthermore, information provided to us is securely
maintained and shared only within our organization to provide for our customers
needs and (when applicable) with the customer’s insurer and intermediary
providers selected by the customer’s insurer.
Information we collect and how we use it
Our website collects anonymous traffic information about what visitors view so
that we can continue to provide relevant content on a continuing basis.
If a visitor fills out a form and enters personal information on our web site to
request information or inquire about services we will use that information as a
means to respond to the request or provide requested services.
When a customer visits one of our stores for an estimate or to have repairs
performed we will collect information about their vehicle and personal
information (name, address, phone numbers, email, insurance provider) as
necessary to keep the customer informed during the repair process and (when
applicable) coordinate approval and payment with their insurance carrier.
In order to monitor our performance with respect to customer satisfaction, we
ask that all customers complete a survey and rate their satisfaction with our
services. Additionally, the customer’s insurer may also perform a survey so that
they may rate our performance. If a customer provides negative feedback we will
attempt to contact the customer to resolve the issue. From time to time we do
ask customers if we may publish their feedback for advertising purposes.
Although we may aggregate ratings provided by customers and publish the
findings, we will not publish individual feedback without prior consent from the
customer who provided the feedback.
